Important Note:

• We are strictly TRADE ONLY, with a Minimum Initial Order of £100 Net+VAT. All prices ex. VAT.

Payment:

We accept payment by credit/debit card, cheque and PayPal.

Orders:

To place an order please select one of the following methods:

1. Simply phone up with your order; we can accept credit card details over the phone.
2. Use the 'shopping basket' facility to collate and print out your order and send it to us with a cheque payable to Fecher Associates Ltd.
3. Use the 'shopping basket' facility to collate your order, then continue with the screen menus to provide your payment details and send both to us via our highly secure server.

Shopping Basket Facility:

• Each product contains a box for you to enter the quanity you wish to purchase and an ADD TO BASKET button and a CHECKOUT button.
• Enter the QTY and click the ADD TO BASKET button. You can see the contents of your basket at any time by clicking the CHECKOUT button. You may, if you wish, remove any or all of the items selected by clicking the REMOVE button.
• Once you are satisfied with your selection, click on PRINTER FRIENDLY ORDER FORM to print out a copy of your order OR click CHECKOUT to continue with payment by Cheque, Debit/Credit Card or PayPal via our highly secure internet connection.
• Enter the delivery details and select a method of payment, then click the CONTINUE button. Enter the relevant payment details and click the SUBMIT button to complete your order. A CONFIRMATION OF ORDER will appear with an option to print out a copy for your records, and a confirmation email will also be sent to your registered email address.

Packing and Postage:

• Free delivery throughout the UK (mainland only) on orders over £300 Net+VAT.
• A flat rate delivery charge of £12.50 will be applied to all orders below £300 Net (ex. VAT).
• Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Channel Isles and the rest of Europe will normally be at the buyer's expense, although we are sometimes able to make a contribution to the cost of shipping on larger orders over £300. We will advise you of the approximate cost of delivery before processing your order. Members of the EU will not be charged UK VAT. Please contact us for further information.
• We regret that we are unable to supply customers in Canada and the USA because of the high cost of shipping and insurance.

Delivery:

Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours of receiving an order. With such a huge range of handcrafted products there will inevitably be occasions when an item may not be immediately available, in which case we will contact you to suggest an alternative or offer a back order, credit note or refund.

Returns Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchases. If any item is damaged on arrival please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will happily replace any items damaged in transit.

Exclusivity:

We are pleased to supply independent and national retailers throughout the UK and Europe. However, we offer product exclusivity in the locality of retailers in the following towns: Penzance, Lizard, Minehead, Ely, Hexham, Market Harborough, Halston, Fishguard, Milford Haven, and the Isle of Man.
