Craft Fair Business Start-up Packs: Craft Fair Packs contain a wide range of modestly priced items that have proved popular with craft traders and their customers. We take into account the special requirements of the smaller or part-time business; where practical considerations such as size, weight, mobility, and ease of display are as important as price and customer appeal. We have a huge range of over 2,000 fair trade items from around the world to choose from. We recommend that you purchase one of our regular Craft Fair packs but you may, if you wish, assemble your own package via our website or at the warehouse in person. Craft Fair packs are supplied immediately from stock – simply let us know the pack size you require.

The Cost: Craft Fair Sample packs are £100 and £200, while regular business start-up packs cost from £250 to £3,000 (all plus VAT). Sample Packs contain a great selection of handmade gifts across our entire product range. They will introduce you to some of our most popular and inexpensive handcrafted items, and will allow you to see the quality and range of our products, and perhaps augment an existing craft range. These are the smallest sample packages we offer and the perfect low risk and low budget option if funds are limited. However, we really recommend you buy a larger pack if funds permit. In general the more you spend on your opening stock the better, as our larger packs offer greater product variety and increase customer choice. Larger packs will also enable you to take advantage of our MULTI-BUY DISCOUNTS and reduce the cost of some products by up to 20%.

Profit & Earnings: Our stock is priced to SELL FOR AT LEAST DOUBLE THE COST, but you are free to charge more or less if you prefer. The amount you earn will depend on your mark-up, how much variety you have and the size, type and number of venues you attend. If you purchase one of our larger packs (£1,000 or more) a typical Craft Fair event will normally generate sales of between £250 and £500 (more at Christmas). Your profit will be at least half of this before expenses…between £125 and £250. One of our more experienced craft fair traders has found niche markets that regularly generate sales of £750 per day! There are numerous ways to grow your business and increase earnings, and as your business expands you may decide to get a portable credit card machine to facilitate easy payment.

Stock Bonus: If you introduce a friend to our Craft Fair scheme we will give you a free STOCK BONUS WORTH 10% of their Start-up Package.

Craft Fair Product Selection: We recommend that you purchase one of our regular Craft Fair packs but you may, if you wish, assemble your own from the products on this site. One advantage of allowing us to make the selection is that we split up pack sizes in order to supply you with as broad a range of products as possible. You will also benefit from our knowledge of best selling items that are most suited to your intended market. Craft Fair packs are listed under product categories.

Terms: Payment with order by credit/debit card, PayPal or cheque payable to World Art and Crafts. All goods are subject to VAT. There is no minimum order and we offer free delivery on orders over £300 ex.VAT (UK mainland only). Most products are held in stock and orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours.
